Koningslaan 32-36 was designed in 1912 by J. Crouwel, an architect who is counted among the Amsterdam School. He learned the trade at De Bazel and Berlage, but always chose an unique approach in his work. In this elegant city villa, directly at the Vondelpark, REB realises four very exclusive top-end apartments. Absolutely unique in Amsterdam is that each apartment is about 400 to 500 m2, divided over two layers. Under the villa we realize a parking garage.
